Only 150 metres from the beach, Villa Althea on Rhodes’ Pefki peninsula provides cosy lodging for 4-5 guests. It features a bathroom with double shower rooms, two bedrooms with twin hotel beds that can be made into king-size double beds upon request, one more room that may be used as a single bedroom and a toilet.
The living and dining room’s fireplace and natural stone and wood furnishings contribute to the room’s cosy and welcoming ambience. High-quality and carefully chosen furnishings, lighting fixtures, and ornaments are used to encourage intimacy and relaxation. A fully furnished kitchen with electrical appliances such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker, blender and a sizable refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker is accessible from the living area.
Aside from an iron and an ironing board, other amenities include glassware, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The living area and bedrooms of the villa are equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, and air conditioning.
Additional bed sheets and covers are available upon request, and the bed linens are changed twice a week. On request, a baby cot and high chair are also available. On the same level as the living room, the game room/storage room can serve as a single bedroom if necessary.

Surroundings
A handy starting place for excursions to the traditional villages in the island’s interior south and to the forested mountains in the island’s centre is “Pefki,” also known as “Pefkos.” All the amenities and services one might require while on vacation are offered in Pefkos and Lindos, including restaurants, ATMs, shops, and travel agencies, as well as recreational activities like water sports, boat excursions to nearby islands and Turkey, glass-bottom boat excursions, cafes, bars, and clubs.
Water park
The unique water park is located on the east coast of the island, about 12 kilometres from the centre of Rhodes and opposite the Esperos Palace Hotel. It covers an impressive area of 100,000 square metres and is built in amphitheatre style. The park is easily accessible as it has ample parking and free buses from both the city centre and the southern part of the island. With its wide range of slides for all ages, visitors can experience extreme speed slides, as well as open and closed slides, twisters, black holes, turbo, free fall and kamikaze slides, to name a few.

Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation of the booking by the client, the following fees are due:
– 6 weeks or more prior to departure: Deposit only.
– 3-6 weeks before departure: 50% of the price.
– 1-3 weeks before departure: 75% of the price.
– 0-1 week before departure or no-show: 100% of the price.
– No fee if the client has found a replacement.
